The Rotary Swing Team Wants You

We are hiring!

Thanks to all of our wonderful members, Rotary Swing Golf is growing dramatically. In order to continue to give our members top-notch instruction, we have an immediate need to add an instructor to our core team.

If you’re a golf professional (or know someone who is) this may be just what you’re looking for.

Whether you have years of experience or you’re a young professional looking to get started with the best, this position could be perfect for you. It will require a minimum of 25 hours per week (full time is preferred) and someone who’s personable, knowledgeable, and motivated to become one of the world’s best golf instructors.

Everyone on our team works hard to provide our members with the best online instructional experience possible. Behind the scenes, we like to have fun in a relatively relaxed and flexible work environment.

Training you can expect to receive

You’ll get extensive one-on-one training from RST Level 2 Instructor Clay Ballard and occasional training with RST Founder Chuck Quinton, including full access to our 2-day clinics (and any other events we may schedule).

Requirements

If interested, you should expect to work the majority of the time from home (or wherever you have access to high-speed internet). This means you’ll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, with little direct supervision.

We’re open to discussing a remote (i.e., non-Orlando) working location.

You need to be a Certified RST Instructor to apply. RST Certification info can be found here https://www.rotaryswing.com/rst-certification/).

Some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for completing:

  • Online Swing Reviews
  • Response to Student Forum Posts
  • Blog Article Writing
  • Miscellaneous Improvements to Online Instruction

There is also opportunity for:

  • In-person Lessons
  • Video Production

To apply, please submit:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Desired Working Location (Present Location or Orlando Area)
  • Contact Phone #
  • Experience

  • Video Instruction Sample (optional)
  • Employer References
