How to load your hips — and actually fire them

Most golfers never load the lead hip — they stay tall, load late, or start the downswing from the top down, so the arms end up doing the hitting. This drill gives you the one engine that replaces all of it: the lead hip sinks down and in going back, then the lead glute pulls the pelvis deep, around, and up while the hands stay soft.
