ROTARY SWING LIFETIME GUARANTEE We take pride in providing our members the best instruction possible and provide a Lifetime Guarantee on any monthly or annual membership purchase subject to the following condition: To exercise the guarantee and be eligible for any refund, you must submit swing reviews for each phase of the swing and have a Certified RST Instructor give you a passing grade. If you complete all 6 phases with a passing grade from our instructor team and you still feel that we didn’t improve your golf swing, we’ll give you a full refund of your membership costs contingent upon you meeting the requirements stated in this section. Further, you acknowledge and agree that to the extent you purchase any monthly or annual membership through a RotarySwing affiliate, you will not be entitled to receive any refund until the affiliate that was credited with the purchase has paid RotarySwing, in full, any and all monies said affiliate received from your purchase(s), and you have also met all other requirements as set forth in above in this section.
