Follow Through Common Faults
Follow Through Common Faults
Description
The completion of the golf swing has several key check points that will allow you to see whether you are performing the downswing with maximum efficiency and power.
Video Practice Points
- The most common fault in Move 4 is incomplete weight transfer in the follow through
- Failing to transfer your weight properly prevents the hip from pivoting correctly and can lead to injury
- Check your right shoe at follow through - if it's bent, you still have weight on the back foot
- The shoe should be vertical, with no bend at the toe
