After the last couple of months really bearing down and learning this fantastic approach to the golf swing it finally happened. My launch monitor showed a couple of swings 100+ MPH and the last couple of days almost all of them 100+ with the odd one 105. Not bad for a guy 57 years old and used to swing it a smooth 95 max. 100 is the next goal and I truly belive this is acheivable.
