This post is for Anthony Hopkins.

This post is for Anthony Hopkins. First, I'd like to thank you for the feed back from my first swing review submission. You were clear on what I need to correct and at the same time left me feeling confident about my abilities. What I am kind of confused about it is if I should be trying train lead side or trail side. The videos you've suggested are mostly under the lead side. I've always been a thrower as I was a pitcher and a quarterback in school sports if that makes any difference. Though I am not opposed to training lead side. Also I've heard The Dead Drill, Axiom and the Goat Code are all one in the same yet The Dead Drill and Axiom are under lead side and The Goat Code is under trail side. Can you please help me clear some of this up?

Hey Ryan, I appreciate the feedback my friend. As far as which side to train, it really comes to down to what you are partial to and what you “feel” in the golf swing. You feeling more confident on the trail side is perfectly fine. Having a good understanding of how both sides of your body work together in the golf swing is crucial to having success. We can definitely focus more on the GOAT feel moving forward.
