Craig, Hope you've been well.

Hello Craig, Hope you've been well. Have been able to rejoin the program and i'm currently working through the Goat series of videos. Are you able to have a look at the attached FO & DTL videos and provide me with your thoughts on what you think I should be working on? Regards Ray

Hello Ray. Welcome back. Certainly hope that you are well. The first two things I would do is get the lead arm off the club and focus on the J Release Video. You need to prioritize working the trail arm and getting the correct lateral motion into impact. You can see that you tend to hang back and release the club early. You need to get a sense of the wide glide wide but with the trail arm perspective. I think you are still caught between using both side to control the movement.
Hi Craig, Have been practicing hitting balls with just the rear hand. Recorded the attached video's with only just resting the lead arm back on. Feel the weight transition back to lead side was improved? Definitely felt better through impact. Surely i can get a tick for perseverance for practicing in the rain
