Craig Thank you for an excellent review and your recommendations.

Hi Craig Thank you for an excellent review and your recommendations. Can I just clarify a couple of points. The release (or in my case) non release. This sounds a bit obvious but good for me to get you to spell it out, I'm assuming this is my wrists and hands rotating and turning over during the swing with little tension/grip pressure? With reference to my body ripping and spinning through it was very noticeable and looks like old habits take a while to shrug off. Today halfway through the game I decided to turn my hips off and with my Goat intention the results were definitely an improvement. Any comments much appreciated.

Hello Paul. Thank you for the compliments. Agreed. Turn off the excessive body and let the club snap. The tension is too high in wrists/forearms and as you rotate through the shot the club moves slower/leaves the face open. Lower tension, better snap, and body has to decelerate for club to accelerate through.
