I've been a huge fan of Rotary Swing for many years, but your latest videos on how to move the head are beyond awesome. I watched parts 1-3 this afternoon and went out to my backyard to hit some balls into a net. The increase in power is amazing. The head truly the secret to effortless power. Must admit, I was a little skeptical when I watched the videos, but I quickly became a believer. The power was obvious in the very first practice swings, I could really hear the whoosh. It took about 10-15 minutes of tinkering to get ball striking to work, but once I found the zone it was great. Aside from the power, my swing also feels a lot more athletic and just plain fun. By keeping the arms super relaxed and just letting the head movement drive the body movements it felt exactly as you described. I'm 62 and have had some injuries, so like you, I really want a swing that is easy on my body. I felt no pain or stress after hitting about 70 balls. Btw, I'm in the 99% who don't hit my driver 300 yds, around 260 carry is about all I've been able to manage in the past. I can't wait to get to the range and see how much my distance has improved.
