Craig - a tiny check mark from you is an accomplishment!

Thanks Craig - a tiny check mark from you is an accomplishment! Two questions. I have been trying to stay passive but think there is some element of drive as you suggest with my elbow. Is that correct? If so - what direction do I drive it? Straight down? Towards my first belt loop? When does this happen? After the shallow or as I am driving through? Second question - what would you like me to work on and send as my next video? Should I just be swinging without a ball for a few days and then check back in? Thank you!

Hello Jay. The arms are still pretty chilled. I feel it more in the hands. I don't particularly like driving the elbow. But, it does come down and with some external rotation in the shallowing aspect. If you try to keep increasing the external I think it will feel locked and restricted to you. I don't think you have to delete too many range days. I just would like to see the practice sing first. Let's nail this since it looks so good, then rep and get that ball back out.
