Anthony reviewed my swing submission;and asked if I had more questions: yes, please let me know about my posture at contact and follow thru as well as the issue of head position at ball strike? thank you jeff

Hey Jeffrey, Your posture over the golf ball does tend to go taller as the backswing develops, due to your arms lifting the golf club. You throw your arms back at the ball, that is also due to your arms being more active in the backswing. Your head does move off the ball a little more due to pushing the arms back to get the swing started. At contact, your head is in a great place as far as making contact. We need to use the body a little more to help move the club so that your arms stay relaxed and more passive. This will help you remain in posture and keep the bigger muscles engaged.
