I am currently reading 'Instructor Certification Manual Level one Second.

I am currently reading 'Instructor Certification Manual Level one Second Edition' and in chapter 2 'How the Brain Learns' on page 20 it is explained that instead of 3000-5000 reps, it can also take 100 hundret perfect reps to obtain a new movements. Does that mean 100 hundret perfect reps after each other in one hour or does it mean 100 perfect reps in an hour and some sloppy ones in between?

Hello Jayden. 100 perfect reps during the day. The time frame where it takes 1 hour or 3 hours doesn't matter. It's how many quality reps. If you solely do 100 reps (60 good, 40 bad) you need to get 40 more in of the correct version. The goal is at minimum 100 perfect reps any given training day.
