Craig, know you are lurking out there. Appreciate the last video comments. I think I get the concept but wanted to bounce it off you. Is it that the trail arm is mostly passive in the downswing? Besides the downward movement (know you have said you don't like the strong pull down move (or maybe not for someone at my stage so regardless the same)). So its more letting it go up and then drop mostly passively with loose wrists? So J release or similar and then move the body and torso.

Hello Jay. The core is directing more the traffic. The trail arm has to lower so very hard to shallow it (supinate) if you are firing it. Passive conduit of power. You aren't firing the arm for speed. It needs to stay relaxed enough to shallow as you move into your lead side. You tend to want power from it early like throwing a ball too soon. Always lurking....
