I'm a little confused.

I'm a little confused. Saw his e-mail where he stresses using the head to help the swing. Actually moving it back as the downsing is happening. I joined because it looked like it could work. But all his videos stress not to tilt back. so which is it?

Hello Tom. The head moving as a cantilever is perfectly fine. There are different movement patterns for lead and trail side players. If you are focusing on more the GOAT Theory and trail side based movement. Using the cantilever will help the downswing movement be much simpler and faster.
