Craig, unfortunately still struggling in the 100s.

Hi Craig, unfortunately still struggling in the 100s. The good news is that the hooks seem to be cured but my strikes are clunky and sometimes thin but the main thing is that the shots are short with little penetration which leave me relying on my short game that is quite awful just now.

Hello Lee. You can see you are still pushing out a bit with the lead in the takeaway. But, my goals for you would stay the same with GDP. The head moves off the ball too much late in the backswing and you struggle getting to GDP with the legs turning off and firing the hands. 9 to 3 or L to L size swings with the sole purpose of getting into the GDP position. Doing some trail hand only will help. Setup - Start in GDP - Make small swings with GDP markers and tush line behaving (do this trail hand only then both). Then, start from address into 9 to 3 and L to L with same GDP and Tush Line notes.
