I am new to the site, but already a total convert to the Rotary Swing!

I am new to the site, but already a total convert to the Rotary Swing! I have been focusing on short to mid irons so far and I am finally actually compressing the ball for the first time! Getting an extra 15-20 yards per club! However, I am hitting a ton of balls every day in a Trackman simulator (I live just outside Chicago, so too cold now to go to range), and my forearms have gotten extremely sore, especially my left one. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong, how to prevent it, and how to heal my sore forearms would be greatly appreciated! Happy New Year everyone!

Hello John. If you are sore in your forearms you are working the arms too hard! Are you swinging GOAT Code or C4 (trail vs lead side dominant)? That way I can help direct you.
