Hey Chuck, I just watched 4.9 The GOAT Drill, and definitely feel it coming together. Since it's all core-driven, what do you think about doing the Valsalva maneuver to brace your core like you would with a heavy squat? You talk about how the downswing can cause you to hold your breath and show how much Tiger braced in his swing. I don't think doing a huge brace like you would if you are going to PR a squat is necessary, but from some experimenting on my end, a mild brace before the swing seems to help with tension and core activation. Have you experimented with it or have any thoughts on it?

Hey Colton. I haven't heard of this but with talking to Chuck it is perfectly natural to engage the core as you start making any quick/explosive movement. It may be something you could experiment with.
