Craig, I understand what you are saying from my swing review today but I can't seem to separate the lower body and rotation at the same time but trust me I am sure as hell trying to do it! I tried the Drills from last night and saw no speed increase (my release sucks) so I am posting a copy of two videos for your thoughts. 7 iron video feels and looks slow. I must be moving the body, core and hands exactly at the same time because I am not getting any snap or additional speed (which is ticking me off) . To be honest I'm not sure yet how to resolve on my own. Do you have any further thoughts or ideas on how to speed up the lower body as this concept has not registered in my brain and body yet?
