Craig, Following on from previous review continuing to work on getting the.

Hi Craig, Following on from previous review continuing to work on getting the core to do the heavy lifting with the swing and allowing the arms to be hopefully passive in the swing. Will continue to do swings both trail hand only and putting the lead hand back on without ball. Would appreciate if you could have a quick look at the attached videos when i added the ball back. Feel like the transitions a bit steep? Regards

Hello Ray. Not very much steep at all. It did look a little out of sequence going back and you gave up just slightly before the strike with a late throw. Check FO post.
