Craig, thanks for the quick turn. I did notice what we had talked about before - my hand isn’t getting ahead of the ball (aka don’t get all the way to GDP). I’m having trouble with the sequence - I thought I wanted to lead with my body and let my arm follow. So it’s more like the arms whip through. So first question is how do i initiate the downswing if it’s not from the ground? Granted one hand but trying to stretch and then whip through. Is the initiation fine, but I’m spinning out too fast? Any videos to point to would be great. I feel I’m right there. Of course that’s why my shots on track man were high as my club leans not there. I can almost taste it!

Hey Jay. For sure want to emphasize from the ground and core up. You are just spinning hard too soon with it being one arm. The GOAT Drill will take about how you don't want to spin, but don't make it complicated. Think like a throw when you step/plant you are giving time for the arm to star to come down into the slot. Just a bit raced being one handed drill.
