Lesson 39 of 46 Metallica was Right At the end of the day, EVERYTHING we do in the golf swing is to setup this one moment that is completely over in a mere thousands of a second. "thousands" should be "thousandths" I'm really not trying to be critical. I used to edit technical training manuals as part of my job and I know how impossible it is to catch everything. This is a great training manual! I played pain free for the first time in decades yesterday thanks in no small part to this manual and the rest of the RST training.
