When I’m swinging relatively easy, I make a full backswing, begin to.

Hi, when I’m swinging relatively easy, I make a full backswing, begin to supinate and then straighten my lead knee, I feel the wrist snap and the ball jumps very effortlessly. However, when I go to step on one, my shoulders open (trying to apply force with upper body) and I hit a pull with a weak wrist release. So, when you are trying to increase speed, what action are you actually accelerating?

Hello Andrew. Let me rephrase the question. Have you ever played basketball? What changes from Free Throw to 3 Pointer? More dynamic legs following up the chain to snap the release harder.
