Where do I start?

Where do I start? I signed up to Rotaryswing after seeing a number of great videos on Instagram. Now I see that there are a number of different paths you can take (Goat, Axiom, Deaddrill etc). What is best for me based on: 54 years old 8 HCP, right handed but play from the left. Been playing golf for 25 years without any specific goal. Now I want to get much better before I get to told to improve. I'm relatively good with short irons and wedges but worse with driver and long irons. I often feel that I muscle" the club in the swing and I want it to be more effortless and consistent. Of couse, I want more speed as well :D

Hello Tim. Welcome to the Club. I would start Phase 1 GOAT Code. It sounds like your dominant arm is doing much of the work. You are lacking power because you need to transfer that juice from your trail side. Training the correct kinetic sequence with your trail side will allow you to improve in the speed and consistency department so you don't have to muscle it.
