I noticed Min Won Lee doing an unusual swing on Instagram where in he had the clubhead moving forward during the backswing so that it ended up over his head in what looked like perfect top of the swing position. I tried it on the range and while it was not as severe as Min's it definitely felt more like how I would swing a baseball bat or tennis racquet with a strong cup in my left wrist. Holding this to the top creates even more wrist snap through the ball. Does this idea make sense?

I kind of get the picture. Tough to tell without a visual. But, it sounds like he was letting his core help him swing it to the top which is the feeling. And, the wrists were very quiet which is usually the downfall to good backswings is over active hands.
