I’m tall and lanky and have a very hard time getting to GDP on a full swing, my wrists are usually releasing much sooner. What training exercises or methods can you suggest to help me hold my release back?

Hey Ken, I just completed your review my friend. I encourage you to work the goat code in smaller controlled swings, working on the connection of your body with arms. This will help you release the arms later. Right now, your arms are releasing to early, and we need to move other areas to help transport our arms into a better position. Looking forward to your next review
