Question for Live training on Wed night.

Question for Live training on Wed night. When I'm playing back my swing videos, what are the most common flaws I should be looking for? I think I can tell when I am overusing my shoulders but what about the hips, arms and even the hands? Chuck's "bad" swings look pretty good to me. Second Q if you have time. Chuck talks about how this swing will help with back issues which I really appreciate. I also have a chronic right should problem, soreness after hitting balls just below the right shoulder blade. I assume it will help. I think sometimes I don't take as big of divot due to this issue. Is a divot even necessary in this swing? Can't make today's session but will look for the replay. Thanks!
