I cannot take part or watch the Wednesday night sessions as its men's league for me so im watching the recordings. Can you discuss how the lead side works with the trail side in transition and the move into GDP. I think that its easy to get locked into getting the right side or trail side too active in those phases of the swing and lose the awareness and tend to hang back and spin out too much from the trail side and have a power and speed loss . At least for me! I'm specifically referencing the Muscles in Transition Video and how it would relate to both. the transition and the post up move. In a lead side dominant swing we try to keep the left or lead shoulder lower than the trail shoulder in transition. Does this still apply in the trail side dominant swing or do we just let the lead shoulder rise in response to the trail side move in transition?
