I'm left-handed.

I'm left-handed. Should I switch to left-handed clubs to follow the program more effectively? I'm naturally left-handed—I write, play table tennis, and badminton with my left hand. But when I started golf casually in my teens, I used my parent's right-handed clubs, and I’ve continued playing right-handed over the past two years as I got more serious. I understand that this program is trail-side dominant, and as a left-hander playing right-handed, my lead side is dominant instead — which might work against the core mechanics of the program. I did experiment with left-handed clubs, but it feels very unnatural at this point. That said, I'm willing to commit and retrain if switching is genuinely the better long-term move to align with the principles of the program. Would you recommend I make the switch?

Hello Damian. We have both lead and trail side dominant patterns. I would think about it this way. What hand do you throw a ball with, generate speed, skip a stone, etc.. Whichever is the fastest and kinetic chain built in from younger years I would go with that one.
