Craig, I never felt comfortable with how I set up because it feels tough.

Hello Craig, I never felt comfortable with how I set up because it feels tough to point the club at my belt. It would be grateful if you could check my setup. Also, I would appreciate your advice on fairway wood tee height; how high do you tee up the woods, depending on which shot, and how high does TW or Chuck? (so I can choose which one works best). Ultimately, how high should I pitch and chip toe down, i.e., should the shaft, for instance, point to the belly button? Thanks a bunch, Jayden

I don't see anything excessively wrong with the setup. With how far down you are choked on the club it looks like the club may be built a tin bit too long. But, nothing fundamentally wrong. Legs a tiny bit straight which can tend to put your weight a bit towards the heels. TW, Chuck, myself tee it up enough to clear the ground with FW woods. You only should tee it slightly higher if trying to emphasize more carry and trying to curve the ball a bit more right to left (bigger than average draw). I don't really think about the belly button. I just scoot in close enough to get the toe a bit more down and shaft vertical. I wouldn't use the toe down to think about relative height of shot versus it help more with cleanliness of strike.
