Hi Craig, in your last webinar on Wednesday you used the analogy of a roundabout where the body/centre is moving slowly and the club face/outer edge is moving very quickly. When Chuck did the live lesson with the old guy it was all about teaching him to move his body quickly. This seams to be a contradiction, what am I not understanding please? Harry

Hello Harry. The body is moving quickly but relative to the hands/club it is a turtle. The body doesn't move even remotely close to the pace of the club head. More of an analogy that you have to sue the body but the club swings and releases. You don't motor though with a body release.
