@Anthony Hopkins... my recent swing review submission, which was reviewed today, should have had a DTL shot along with the FO view. Both were shown as uploaded. I attempted to upload the DTL video today, however it seems to take an inordinate amount of time to "Finalize"(literally 5-10 minutes). If I click the mouse before it's finished finalizing, it still shows the video as uploaded (as it did on my original submission). For whatever reason my DTL video is not "taking", either here or on the swing review section. It is no longer than my FO video and in the same format. I would like to submit this video as a part of my previous submission and review (and hopefully not lose a review). If you can help me out on submitting this and where I should (here or swing review), I would appreciate it.

Hey Rob, Not sure why the website is having a hard time accepting the DTL video. Customer service might be able to help you out with this situation. If there is a way to change the formatting, that might help. Once I have the video, i can shoot you some words of wisdom.
