There, A couple questions as I’m new to the program.

Hi there, A couple questions as I’m new to the program. - Is there a place where I can find swing adjustments for uphill/downhill/sidehill lies? About to play a tough hilly course. Not quite Oakmont :) but not flat. - That weighted ball with handles I see on some posts - looked for it in the store but not there. What is that and where can I find one? Alternatively, I do have kettlebells. Can those work for drills with that? I haven’t progressed to where that’s being used. Thanks! Jim

Hello Jim. Welcome to the site. Go to the search bar. If you type "sidehill", "uphill", etc. Those videos will populate. We don't sell the medicine ball but can easily find on amazon. I think the Kettlebell is a great substitute and almost better in most situation's. That comes later in the program however.
