For the Q&A Webinar: Is it accurate to feel like my trail oblique and especially my lat are doing a lot of the heavy lifting when bringing the club down to GDP in the downswing? I feel like I have more control of speed, have more speed when I want it and have less back fatigue when using the side of the core instead of the abs and back. But I do feel the abs and back engaged and helping to stabilize rather than motor the swing. When using this it feels like my hips naturally move laterally to the lead side and I post without thinking about it. Am I on to something or is this not the right speed source and swing sequence? Thank you! You guys are the best!
