Craig, I feel my arms are still too active in the swing so I have gone.

Hello Craig, I feel my arms are still too active in the swing so I have gone back a step so to speak and gone back to drilling the goat drill again. This drill feels really good as the arms are passive (switched off ) and I can feel the core is doing all the work. How does it look from your end? Is the best way forward for me from a practice point is to add a ball to this drill and continue to start the swing from GDP when adding/hitting balls? Just trying to form a road map where i can get from here to normal setup and adding the ball where I can keep the arms as passengers in the swing. Hope that makes sense?
