Craig, thanks for doing these seminars as they are very worthwhile! I was watching the 69 year old man video getting his swing speed up to 100 mph and the one thing that he said that resonated with me was he finally understood the body sequence of the swing, that Chuck had taught him and once he understood and felt it, he was able to advance his speed. There was very little video of him and Chuck and what they did, so my question for this week is please spend some time going through the body sequence, in detail, so that we can all get this. I, like the 69 year old man am stuck on a speed that I cannot get to increase. I get the GOAT, but there has to be more about sequencing body properly than what we are getting or understanding. Please give this some serious time!
