Craig, I am new member.

Hi Craig, I am new member. Starting to follow the Goat code. My swing has been very handsy and arm dominant, making me very inconsistent. A lot of flipping and not getting to my lead side. I played competitive collegiate tennis when I was young, so I know how to use the core swinging a racket, but it hasn't translated to my golf swing. Having a lot of trouble getting my core involved. When I try to incorporate core rotation, it becomes very rigid and not fluid. And, many times it results in shanks that come in waves! Hard to correct and brutal on the confidence. Any thoughts.

Hello Sean. Welcome to the site. Shanks usually are from trail hip push towards the ball, or trail hand/shoulder push towards the ball. If you want to post your drill here happy to see what's wrong.
