Chuck, Really like the GOAT code trail side dominant feel.

Hi Chuck, Really like the GOAT code trail side dominant feel. I'm trying to wrap my mind around the Squish the Bug and stay behind VS making sure you get back to the lead side shift in previous GOAT Code training. Is this contradictory? The only thing I can put together is that your lower body can shift toward the lead side while your head and upper body stay back behind the ball and more over the trail foot. It also seems like the weight/pressure shift has the same or similar controversy. I do NOT want to mis-interpret these key points so please help!

Hey Steve. I have some thoughts on this, but I want you to see Chuck's response on this in another video. Go to the 160 yd Shots - GOAT Speed Sequence Video. In the comments, scroll to Jeff on June 10th. Read Chuck's replies. Should help clarify.
