Craig, I've been concentrating on the one piece takeaway and trying to stay.

Hi Craig, I've been concentrating on the one piece takeaway and trying to stay down in the downswing. Scores are averaging in the mid 90s so improving slightly but still very inconsistent and don't know why but I feel some strain and pain in my lower back and top of right leg. Maybe its because of trying to squat in the trail side at the start of the downswing. Overall I am hitting better shots than I have done in a long time but feel I am missing something that would help me get to the next level. I will do another swing review next month. Cheers, Lee.

Hello Lee. Happy to read things are improving :golfer: . Still some push to the outside in the takeaway. The pain more than likely is coming from the need to pivot a bit more laterally as you transition so the core can clear with more ease. If you crunch/drive the trail shoulder down but don't pivot the hips enough you will get some compression.
