This question is for the weekly webinar.

This question is for the weekly webinar. Having trouble with the idea that the core moves everything together yet torque is supposed to be created by the upper and lower body moving separately. In back swing if I think about using my core to rotate back it looks like everything turns together and my trail hip gets really deep, right leg close to straight, and lead knee collapsed. Almost looks like the forbidden “turn in the barrel” move. Only way I don’t feel like I’m turning in a barrel as if I shift to the right to load but then I end up having to do a giant lateral move left to make sure I don’t chunk it and hit ground first. If I try to keep my lower body stable and just rotate my upper with my core then when it comes time to fire the downswing, my hips beat my upper body, and I end up stuck. Can you give some clarification on everything moving together but still creating torque
