Webinar question: How much mobility in the R shoulder should we allow us?

Webinar question: How much mobility in the R shoulder should we allow us? Should we restrict how much sideways mobility we can permit ourselves to have in the R shoulder? Should we avoid a flying R shoulder a la Jack Nicklaus? Or should we just let the R shoulder go so far back it wants as long as this feels natural? What are the consequences of this R shoulder motion - restricted or free flowing? What did the Goats/Tiger do?

Part 2: I think the deciding point is more about what angle the R elbow has at the top . If it is in a supinated condition versus a pronated position, that's what makes or breaks the arms' downswing whether it follows DEP (Drop, Elevate, Pivot) or not. Does this make sense? Hope so! If not - clear it up for me please.
