Craig, just wanted to ask a quick question if these swings are better as.

Hey Craig, just wanted to ask a quick question if these swings are better as far as you wanting me to get space by making sure I shift before turning from my recent swing review. I don't know if it is a good feeling but I feel like I am shifting way too far to produce even a little shift. I have somehow strained my forearms too especially and mainly my left forearm so I know I am still doing something wrong but not exactly sure what. I definitely don't want to permanently injure my forearms and not be able to play. I am pretty sure it has something to do with me trying to square the clubface incorrectly. I may know how to fix it from the last webinar your did but wanted to hear what you think. Thanks as always Craig! You always do a very good job and I always come away understanding things better even if I can't always seem to make myself do them lol. Knowing what you are doing wrong is one thing but how exactly to fix it for you is where it gets challenging.
