As a senior golfer with osteopenia, can you give me any suggestions to modify my swing to avoid possible injuries? Thanks, Jim Fox

Hello Jim. Without seeing your swing it would be tough to know what positions are putting you in a possible risky situation. The main thing for you would be to work your legs for power, but you must allow for release of the hands for speed. Releasing the club correctly will help you attain speed but without excessive brute force. You don't want to muscle the ball or try to body release the shot putting the spine more at risk. I would stick with GOAT Release and understating better the throw pattern in the GOAT movement.
