I'm not sure where to direct this question, but with many Smart2Move "Ground Force Reaction" videos online, I was wondering what thoughts and/or drills Chuck might have to help us create these forces in the proper sequence earlier in the swing for the average golfer. You have one of the best golf training websites out there. Thanks for all you do.

Hello Roger. Thanks for the compliments. Some of the medicine ball drills in the beginning of Phase 4 and the Clubhead Whip Effect will help with getting better ground force usage. Also, in the RotarySwing Academy the GOAT Code Speed Workout will help. As Chuck continues to refine and start moving towards driver there more than likely will be some ground force reaction components. Often the issue I see most isn't with the ground but players over working their arms so they can't use the ground  .
