Craig, Thanks so much for the explanation of the folding trail arm.

Hi Craig, Thanks so much for the explanation of the folding trail arm. As per your suggestion started to practice this on the weekend using the guide on the ground. When practicing I was having the mindset that the club was 50lbs to help initiate the core when going into the backswing. Have attached a couple of videos from practice would appreciate if you can have a look and provide some feedback? Apologies I think the swing was a bit longer than what you suggested. Felt the trail arm was greatly improved for me. Only hit a couple on the heel and that seemed to be from pronating and losing the tushline a little when transitioning so I also made an effort to supinate when transitioning. During the week I'm unable to hit balls but I'm able to swing the club at home so my plan is to start by swinging my kettleball and then replace this with the club but have the mindset that I'm swinging the club with the same weight of the kettlebell.
