Hello Craig, New member here...just signed up! A two-part question: 1) I'm a right-handed person (write, throw, etc.) who golfs left-handed. Not sure why, but anything I swing feels more comfortable left-handed and have been doing it that way for 50 years. Given my lead hand is my dominant hand, do you recommend I follow the lead-hand dominant path? Or, is it possible that trail-side may still be my best option? How do I tell? 2) Based on the answer to 1), where do you recommend that I start. Axiom? DEAD? C4? I'm a 20 hcp who just started golfing again this spring after not playing for 20+ years. Consistent ball striking and face control are my biggest concerns. Thanks, Darius

Hello Darius. Welcome to the site. Most players use their speed side as the dominant figure in the swing. It's tough to know which is best for you (given the predicament). My suggestion is to go hit some shots trail and lead hand only. See which has the best coordination but the one that allows you to transfers speed better from teh body's kinetic sequence. I do everything with my right side (right handed player) but I am a lead arm dominant swinger. It just matches me better. If consistent ball striking is the concern C4 start with understanding face control and building that release pattern. This may be the path for you.
