Has anyone ever done any training with water bags.

Has anyone ever done any training with water bags. Specifically, Tidel tanks. They are big in baseball training and once I started working with them it was a complete game changer. I've played golf my entire life,played in college and made it up to Mondaying for several nationwide tour events. Im also certificate TPI and they dont ever mention water bag training. It's the absolute best way to train your core for any rotational sport. Im CSCS certified too and training for your sport is so important. I really like what rotaryswing teaches and its really help me get my golf swing back after taking a 8 year break from golf. Hope this post can help someone as much as rotaryswing has helped me. Thanks

Thanks for the post. Much appreciate you trying to help out other members. Personally I have not used them but will look into it :thumbsup: . I can see how some of the feelings/movements would correlate.
