Hi. I have a question with integrating the core movements with the right push release.

Hi. I have a question with integrating the core movements with the right push release. With the left arm dominate the sequence as I understand it is that we post on the left leg and the pull from the left side will pull the arm and club to naturally release through impact. Is the sequence the same with the right push? Do we post with left leg and then push right arm through? Thank you!

Hello Scott. You still need to post with leg leg/clear the hips and push through with trail side. The body movements will be practically the same as with the DEAD. Just different side releasing the club.
