Loving the Goaty model!

Loving the Goaty model! Amazing immediate feedback. One of Goaty's comments for me was: "in the Hand Depth Index, which scored 0/100 with a value of -0.252 SHW. This metric measures the horizontal positioning of your hands at the top of the backswing relative to the spine. Currently, your hands are positioned further behind the ideal alignment, affecting your swing path and sequencing." Goaty recommended the "Upper Cut Punch Drill" which I am working on. First, I am not sure what the numbers mean. Then second, I have not been able to find a picture or video that speaks a proper "the Hand Depth" position. It sound like something that is probably best measured down the line - but not sure. Could you point me in a direction where I could better understand the meaning and the changes I need to make to address this issue. Thanks so much!

Hello Keith. The SHW is on the backend for us. We will make things easier/understandable as GOATY improves. Don't worry about that number for now. It would be better measured DTL (hand depth). DTL will be coming once FO is finished. But, we can still tell from FO. You would be amazed how much we see from the FO View. Sounds like you are losing connect at the top letting the hands go too deep. Take a look at GOAT Backswing as you are working on upper cut. This will help you understand how to get in the correct position with the hands.
