Hello.Goaty criticizes me for not having a peak in thé sternum during thé transition.He’s right.But i’m looking the torque bridge drill at it and i don’t understand how to create that peak.Help,can you guide me on the specific point?Thanks

Hello Jean. You can see that your trail grip is too weak and the ball is a little back in the stance. However, the main problem is you are just using your arms. You need to get the early/excessive arm and hand motion out. This is causing the head to lift and the arms to do all the work in the downswing. Take a look at Stop Overswinging Video and get the feel of taking the arms out. Then combine that same feel with the torque bridge. You will notice much different body sensation. From here it will be easier to tackle the transition issue but the backswing needs to be done first.
