In the GOAT Sling, Chuck says the transition is automatic.

In the GOAT Sling, Chuck says the transition is automatic. In my lessons with Craig, he says I need to re-centre during transition. The Torque Bridge also has a re-centering. If the re-centering is automatic, why am I releasing too early with my irons. I feel like re-centering must be a conscious move to compress the golf ball. Can you clarify re-centering for the GOAT Sling? Is it really automatic?

Hello Johnny. Yes. It is automatic when loaded correctly. However, knowing your move you tend to lose that load too early reaching the top and then fire with spin. If you have access to GOATY the sternum trace/movement would be enormously helpful for your transition. That is a giant piece of the puzzle for your swing that would change eveything. In a good way.
